Tech Writer, Editor, Creator
I am fascinated by the idea of speaker memory and how this has changed over time, as even though technology has changed how speakers/presenters use the idea of memory, the ability to speak effectively. To begin with, I combined 15 different images to create an overall image demonstrating how memory has changed from original memorization techniques to the print medium and finally to the digital age. Afterwards, I wrote a paper explaining both my rhetorical choices for the image as well as my research into the history of speaker memory.
I decided to include these pieces as they demonstrate my creativity and my ability to go beyond writing to craft an effective message. In addition, as can be seen in my paper, I had to consider my audience and make rhetorical choices with them in mind, a valuable skill when editing or writing.
