This piece showcases my writing and editing skills. I created this manual for the University of Central Florida Writing Center. I work as a tutor in the Writing Center, and part of my job requires conducting online consultations using Adobe Connect, which required a 5 week training process. I created this manual to aid in the training, reducing the process by 1-2 weeks. Writing this manual required extensive research into using Adobe Connect, including taking all screenshots used and conducting user testing to ensure the manual was a good fit for its intended audience of tutors.
